Photography, photo transfers and clay.
Students will be introduced to the fun world of photography with their very own disposable camera. We'll take some time photographing each other, local pets (from a backyard excursion) and we'll even have a chance to take our cameras home to photograph our own pets. Using our developed film, students will create a one of a kind photo transfer art piece on polymer clay. We'll use different techniques to add color and collage to our piece. Students will also have the chance to re-create their photo masterpiece on a piece of fused glass where they will make their own drawing with small pieces of glass.
